We had some very hard to reach windows replaced by Rams Glass. They were a joy to work with from quoting to install.

Blake was great, even tried putting on shoe covers when he came inside, which was a 1% behavior I've noticed, and was appreciated.

They were affordable, and very responsive and reliable. There wasn't any leaving you hanging and hoping they would show up or get back to you.

On the day of install, Carl and Robert were both champs, handling our job in a very diligent and respectful way.

We plan on using them for all of our glazing needs in the future!

My wife and I have used RAM Glass on 2 major projects in the past 6 years. We highly recommend them, and especially recommend Duane, their sales rep – he’s really great to work with!

In 2014, my wife and I were considering replacing the original casement windows in our home. Some of the window frames were loose, difficult to open and close, and the vacuum seals in many had deteriorated to the point that we were getting condensation between the glass panes. Duane came to our house and evaluated our windows. He believed that the window frames themselves were sound, that only the window glass actually needed to be replaced. He explained that when RAM replaces window glass, they take the entire window out of the frame, disassemble it, remove the old glass, replace it new a custom Thermopane, and reassemble the frame. In the process of reassembling each frame, they re-tighten or add screws where the frame has become loose. Duane also researched and specified replacement hardware for our 25+ year old windows, including crank-sets, covers, and latches.

Installation of new glass was scheduled about 2 weeks after we gave the go-ahead.

The install crew that came to our house was like a well-coordinated production line. One team set up a work station in our driveway to replace the glass, while 2 other teams removed each window frame from inside the house and took it to the glass replacement team in the driveway. Every one of the crew was respectful of us and our home. 8 hours later, every window pane in our house had been replaced and the window frame reinstalled. When they were finished, all opened & closed as easily as when they were brand new. We essentially got new windows for the cost of replacing the glass and updating the hardware, which saved us tens of thousands of dollars.

In 2019, Duane again helped us with a custom mirror and glass panel for our powder room remodel. Duane met several times with my contractor and me to ensure the glass would be a perfect fit. The glass panel and mirror are a stunning addition to our powder room design. We would have achieved these results without Duane’s help and attention to detail!

My husband has always had excellent service from Ram glass who he used for both our bathroom remodels as well as two window replacements on the front of our home. Today I experienced their outstanding customer service as well. My husband was trying to replace a rubber part on the bottom of the glass door and because of his height, he wasn’t able to get in the right position in our master bath. I wasn’t able to assist while working so my husband made another trip to Ram glass to inquire as to how he should go about fixing the door. The next thing I see is Blake from Ram glass following my husband into our home so he could replace the rubber part himself. To say I was shocked was an understatement. A business doesn’t normally make house calls for this sort of thing. Although we live nearby, I was still in awe that Blake went out of his way to help us. Blake seemed to be grinning ear to ear under his mask when he explained that he took one look at my husband’s height and realized how difficult it was for my husband to get low enough to fix our glass door so Blake took it upon himself to come to our home and pop in that rubber piece! I am not able to begin to explain how incredibly grateful I am that good, caring people like Blake go the extra mile (literally) to do a quick, kind deed. I called the owner, Clu Tamlin to express my grateful appreciation for Blake’s above-and-beyond service. If you need glass, you will not likely find better service than Ram Glass Service!

My HOA Manager -- who is a great manager -- recommended Ram Glass to me when my 1972 window would not close during the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic. I thought I would need to replace the entire window because it would no longer close and lock due to age and use. Blake from Ram Glass came out to estimate replacing the window, saw that he could easily fix the old window and fixed it for me for free. He was extremely professional, honest, and patient. I had two other window companies examine the same window and make estimates, and neither of them tried to fix the existing window so that I would not need to replace it. One of these companies (3 Bidz) tried to convince me to replace all six old windows for thousands of dollars. When I asked Rusty at 3 Bidz very specific quality questions, he said I was "way over-thinking this" and that he "would not answer any more of my questions as [he] had no time," even though I was potentially going to pay him thousands of dollars to replace windows. Blake at Ram's Glass answered all of my questions, even the ones Rusty at 3 Bidz would not. If I ever need to replace my 1972 windows, I'm hiring Blake and Ram Glass.
